Who am I?
I help startups and SMEs as a Fractional CTO: product and tech leadership without a full-time hire. After 5 years shipping fullstack products — often with Ruby on Rails — I still stay hands-on from decision to delivery.
My background in management consulting and product ownership means I move fast on business issues, then design and build what actually matters. I also embed AI into day-to-day delivery — agents, workflows, quality — to move faster without sacrificing architecture.
Outside work, I am a travel and sport enthusiast (crossfitting, running, skiing). A challenging, ever-changing environment is what makes me thrill every day.
